Hangzhou Steam Turbine Co., Ltd respectively held the 26th meeting of the 8th board of directors of the
Company and the Third Provisional Shareholders' general meeting of the Company on July 1 2022 and
July 25, 2022, and the Proposal on Changing the Company Name and Registered Capital and Amending
the Articles of Association was reviewed and approved, in which it's agreed to change the Company
name and the registered capital, and agreed to amend the relevant provisions of the Articles of
Association of the Company. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Change of Company
Name and Registered Capital Namely Completion of Industrial and Commercial Registration" disclosed
by the Company on July 4 ,2022 on http//www.cninfo.com.cn(Announcement No.:2022-61).
Recently, the Company completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures and
obtained the "Business License" renewed by the Zhejiang Provincial Administration for Market Regulation.
