     Hangzhou Steam Turbine Power Group Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
has disclosed its 2022 annual report on March 29, 2023. In order to further strengthen the
communication between the Company and investors, promote investors to have an in-depth
understanding of the Company's operation, future development strategy, etc., the Company will
participate in the "Listing Hall" collective performance briefing namely the 2022 collective
performance briefing of Zhejiang state-owned listed companies with the theme of "Local
State-owned Enterprises Rejuvenated - Looking at State-owned Enterprises in Zhejiang" jointly
organized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Zhejiang
Province and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange , and there will be interactive exchanges with
investors on the Company's 2022 annual performance. The relevant matters are hereby announced
