关于东航海外（香港）有限公司发行的新加坡元债券
                                    付息的公告

     本公司董事会及全体董事保证本公告内容不存在任何虚假记
     载、误导性陈述或者重大遗漏，并对其内容的真实性、准确性
     和完整性承担法律责任。


     由中国东方航空股份有限公司(“本公司”)的香港全资子公司东航海外（香港）
有限公司（“发行人”）于 2021 年 7 月 15 日发行的有担保新加坡元债券（以下简
称“本期债券”），将于 2023 年 7 月 17 日支付本期债券自 2023 年 1 月 15 日至
2023 年 7 月 15 日期间的利息。为保证付息工作的顺利进行，方便投资者及时领
取利息，现将有关事宜公告如下：


     一、新加坡元债券基本情况
     1.发行规模：5 亿新加坡元；
     2.发行期限：5 年；
     3.单位面值：25 万新加坡元；
     4.年利率：2.00%；
     5.担保机构：中国工商银行股份有限公司上海分行为本次发行的债券本息及
其他相关费用提供不可撤销的备用信用证担保；
     6.起息日：2021 年 7 月 15 日；
     7.兑付日：2026 年 7 月 15 日。


     二、新加坡元债券本次付息情况
     1.计息期限：2023 年 1 月 15 日至 2023 年 7 月 15 日;

      2.债券登记日：2023 年 7 月 13 日;
      3.付息日：2023 年 7 月 17 日。


     三、本次付息方案
     本次付息每手有担保债券（单位面值均为 25 万新加坡元）派发利息为
2,479.45 新加坡元（不含税）。


     四、付息对象
     本次付息对象为截至 2023 年 7 月 13 日在欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银
行（Clearstream）登记在册的新加坡元债券持有人。


     五、付息办法
     购买新加坡元债券并持有至债券登记日的投资者，利息款通过支付代理人德
意志银行香港分行设立的托管账户划付给欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银行
（Clearstream），再由欧洲清算所（Euroclear）和明讯银行（Clearstream）将利
息款划付至登记在册的投资者资金账户。
