Zhao Peng: Zhao Peng is the founder and currently serves as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Kanzhun Ltd., which he founded in 2014. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zhaopin Ltd. from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Peng received his undergraduate degree from Peking University in 1994.

Hai Yang Yu: Hai Yang Yu is currently a Director at DouYu International Holdings Ltd., Waterdrop, Inc., and Kanzhun Ltd. He is also a Managing Director at Tencent Investment. Previously, he worked as a Deputy GM-Investment & Acquisition at Tencent Holdings Ltd. Prior to that, he was an Associate at WI Harper Group, Inc. (China) and China Growth Capital Co. Ltd. Tao Zhang: Tao Zhang is currently the Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer at Kanzhun Ltd. He previously worked as a Manager-Technical at Moatable, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beihang University with a graduate degree and from Beijing Information Science & Technology University with an undergraduate degree in 2008.

Yong gang Sun: Yong gang Sun is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kanzhun Ltd. and a Partner at Z-Park Fund. He was previously the General Counsel at China Tietong Group Co. Ltd. from 2002 to 2010. He received his graduate degree from Temple University (Pennsylvania) in 2003 and his undergraduate degree from Renmin University of China in 1993.

Xei Hua Wang: Xei Hua Wang is currently an Executive Director & Vice President-Product at Kanzhun Ltd. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Product Manager at Baidu, Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and as a Product Manager at Moatable, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. She also held a position as a Senior Product Manager at KE Holdings, Inc. Ms. Wang completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Communication University of China.

Yan Li: Yan Li is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kanzhun Ltd. since 2023. Mr. Li completed an undergraduate degree from Peking University in 1994.

Mengyuan Dong: Mengyuan Dong is an Independent Non-Executive Director at Kanzhun Ltd. She graduated from Fudan University with an undergraduate degree in 2008.
