Zhao Peng: Zhao Peng is the founder and currently serves as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Kanzhun Ltd., which he founded in 2014. He previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zhaopin Ltd. from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Peng received his undergraduate degree from Peking University in 1994.

Yu Zhang: Yu Zhang is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Director at Kanzhun Ltd. Prior to this, he worked as a Director at BDA China Ltd. from 2005 to 2010. From 2011 to 2019, he served as an Equity Investment Analyst at UBS Asset Management (Hong Kong) Ltd. He also worked as a Research Analyst at UBS Securities Pte Ltd. (Taiwan) and as an Analyst at UBS Securities Co. Ltd. Mr. Zhang completed his undergraduate degree at Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications in 2000.

Xu Chen: Xu Chen is currently the Executive Director & Chief Marketing Officer at Kanzhun Ltd. Prior to this, he held the position of Vice President at Zhaopin Ltd. from 2001 to 2010 and at Falcon View Technology Ltd. from 2011 to 2012. Mr. Chen completed his undergraduate degree at Beijing Wuzi University.

Tao Zhang: Tao Zhang is currently the Executive Director & Chief Technology Officer at Kanzhun Ltd. He previously worked as a Manager-Technical at Moatable, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beihang University with a graduate degree and from Beijing Information Science & Technology University with an undergraduate degree in 2008.

Xei Hua Wang: Xei Hua Wang is currently an Executive Director & Vice President-Product at Kanzhun Ltd. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Product Manager at Baidu, Inc. from 2013 to 2016 and as a Product Manager at Moatable, Inc. from 2012 to 2013. She also held a position as a Senior Product Manager at KE Holdings, Inc. Ms. Wang completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Communication University of China.

Huaiyuan Liang: Huaiyuan Liang is currently working as the Joint Secretary & Compliance Director at Kanzhun Ltd. Prior to this, she graduated from Duke University with a graduate degree and completed her undergraduate studies at Renmin University of China.

Wing Yat Lui: Wing Yat Lui is currently working as an Associate at The Chartered Governance Institute, a Manager-Corporate Services at Tricor Services Ltd., and a Joint Secretary at TOT BIOPHARM International Co. Ltd. He is also serving as a Joint Secretary at Shukun (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., HBM Holdings Ltd., CARsgen Therapeutics Holdings Ltd., YishengBio Co., Ltd., Helens International Holdings Co., Ltd., TI Cloud, Inc., FWD Group Holdings Ltd., Tianjin Construction Development Group Co., Ltd., Kanzhun Ltd., Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corp., and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute. Previously, he worked as a Secretary at Brainhole Technology Ltd. from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Lui completed his undergraduate degree from University College London in 2011.
