Based on the company’s total share capital before implementation of 5,930,200,432 shares, Shareh

olders will distribute cash dividends of RMB 0.35 (including tax) for every shares.

     Our company currently holds 271,875,206 shares of Hangzhou Bank. According to the above

distribution plan, our company can obtain a total cash dividend of RMB 95,156,322.10. As of the

announcement date, the company has received the above-mentioned dividends totaling RMB

95,156,322.10 .
