選擇公司通訊之語言版本及收取方式
中 國 石 化 上 海 石 油 化 工 股 份 有 限 公 司 （「本公司」）特此致函 閣下就本公司日後刊發之公司通訊（「公司
通訊」）之語言版本及收取方式作出選擇。公司通訊包括但限於本公司的（a）年度報告及（如適用）財務摘要
報告；（b）中期報告及（如適用）中期摘要報告；（c）會議通告；（d）上市文件；（e）通函；及（f）代表委任
表格。
閣下可選擇以下其中一種方式：
(一) 閱覽所有日後在本公司網站 www.spc.com.cn 登載的公司通訊（「網上版本」），以代替收取印刷本，並以郵
遞方式收取有關公司通訊已在本公司網站登載之書面通知；或
(二) 僅收取所有日後公司通訊的英文印刷本；或
(三) 僅收取所有日後公司通訊的中文印刷本；或
(四) 同時收取所有日後公司通訊的英文及中文印刷本。
為響應環保及節省印刷與郵遞之費用，本公司建議 閣下選擇方案(一) 收取所有日後公司通訊之網上版本。
在行使上述選擇權時，請 閣下於隨附回條上適當空格內劃上「X」號，簽署後將回條交回本公司H股股份過戶登記
處，香港證券登記有限公司，地址為香港灣仔皇后大道東183號合和中心17M。倘 閣下於香港投寄隨附回條，可
使用所提供之免郵費郵寄標籤將回條寄回。若 閣下於海外投寄則請貼上適當郵票。
倘本公司於 年 5月22日或之前仍未收到 閣下填妥及簽署之回條或表示反對的回覆， 閣下將被視為已同意收
取網上版本及 公司通訊登載之書面通知，以代替收取所有日後公司通訊的印刷本。
閣下可隨時透過H股股份過戶登記處給予本公司合時間的書面通知或電郵至spc.ecom@computershare.com.hk，以
改已選擇之公司通訊之收取方式及語言版本。如因任何理由以致 閣下在收取或接收公司通訊網上版本時出現困
難， 閣下可以書面或電郵方式提出要求，本公司將盡快向 閣下免費寄發公司通訊的印刷本。
